Wiltshire police prosecution warning over icy windscreens


Police are warning drivers they could be prosecuted if they don't clear their windscreens properly in the icy conditions.

A spokesman said: "Drivers who fail to clear their windscreens may be committing an offence and could be liable to prosecution."

Maybe the plod could also say something about those drivers with one headlamp or rear lamp out, ot the ones that wont use the rear screen heater, ot ht eones that put the rear fog lamp s on at every drop of rain
