Sad, and God bless his family. But this happens so often, the WT might as well have a page for motor-bike fatalities.

Walter is sadly correct. If you look at the statistics on the internet, for every 100 miles travelled a motorcyclist is 12 (yes, twelve) times more likely to be killed than a car driver. Mind you, having seen some of them doing "wheelies" in the High Street, I am not surprised.

Cindy,
John was testing a 50cc moped when he suffered a massive heart attack. Your point of view is probably miss-placed and not appreciated by the majority of the people on this page.

Rest in peace John.

Also walter and cindy. If you look at the statistics, how many of them were on the road by themselves with no cars involved.

I know myself from being on the road that the majority or cars dont look twice for bikes and have almost been knocked off on numerous occasions.

Neither I nor Cindy were saying anything about whose fault motor bike accidents may be. We just stated the government and insurance industry FACT that you are far more likely to be killed on one.

Walter, it has been made clear that the comments that you and Cindy are making, although not nasty or malicious, are not welcome on this page of tributes to someone that was very special in our lives. Not one of us needs to hear your opinions and views....
