Man admits assault

A Chippenham man has been released on bail after pleading guilty to a charge of grievous bodily harm.
Michael Grubb admitted assaulting Terry Saunders on October 14 last year when he appeared before a judge at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
The 44-year-old, of Lower Fields, was released on bail to Friday, October 3 when he is due to face sentence.
Judge Douglas Field released him on bail on condition he co-operates with the probation service in the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
