Woman falls from Wroughton overbridge

A woman is in serious condition at Great Western Hospital after jumping off the Wroughton overbridge of the M4, sometime after 8:45 this morning.
A white female, around 60 years of age landed on the hard shoulder of the motorway, sustaining serious leg and possibly head injuries.
Police are appealing for anyone who saw the woman in the area of the Wroughton overbridge this morning to contact Duty Inspector Steve Bridge on 0845 408 7000.
