Three men have appeared before a judge at the crown court charged with carrying out a late night robbery.
Jonathan Hughes, 32, Daryl Carr, 20, and Clive McDaid, 19, are accused of carrying out the offence on Sunday March 23.
It is said the three men, one from Calne, one from Haydon Wick and the other Swindon, robbed a man on Wootton Bassett Road in Swindon.
They spoke only to confirm their names during a brief hearing at Swindon crown court and no charges were formally put to them or pleas entered.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday July 4 when the three are expected to enter their pleas to the allegation.
Hughes, of Morse Street, Swindon, Carr, of Willington Road, Haydon Wick and McDaid of Westerham Walk, Calne, were released on conditional bail.
They were told they must not have contact with each other or named witnesses, live at their home addresses and observe 9pm to 6am curfews.
