POLICE arrested a man in Trowbridge on Saturday night over allegedly possessing a Class A drug.
At just before 4.30am, officers received a call from residents that there was a disturbance going on at Mill Street, near the town centre.
On arrival, police arrested a man for allegedly having a small bag of cocaine on him.
Matthew Dunn, Beanacre Road, Melksham, was charged with possession of having a Class A substance, namely cocaine.
The 27-year-old has been bailed to appear at Salisbury Magistrates’ Court on August 31.
