WILTSHIRE Air Ambulance is encouraging everyone to Bake Off for Lift Off and help raise funds to keep the emergency service flying and saving lives.
The team at the charity want all groups to host a bake off sale, from friends and family to co-workers and schools.
Kenresa Stratford, fundraising and events coordinator at Wiltshire Air Ambulance, said: “We’re hoping that this year’s Air Ambulance Week will be bigger and better than ever as we Bake Off for Lift Off once again! We would like to see as many schools, colleges, businesses, groups, and individuals as possible to take part and get their bake on. The fundraising options are limitless; from bake sales, bake offs, and even custard pie fights! We are delighted to receive the support of Haydens Bakery and would like to thank them for their support and donating cakes during Air Ambulance Week.”
Zoe Daly, marketing manager at Haydens Bakery, said: “We’re proud to support such a vital community resource. Wiltshire Air Ambulance is crucial to Wiltshire and the surrounding area and we are proud to continue to support such a worthwhile charity.”
National Air Ambulance Week is from September 10-16
