FOUR people in Chippenham are celebrating after waking up to the good news that their postcode, SN15 3TQ, has won the People's Postcode Lottery's Daily Prize today (Thursday, May 17).
Two of the Centurion Close neighbours have pocketed themselves £1,000 each, while the remaining two have doubled the prize to £2,000 thanks to playing with two tickets.
Offering her congratulations, People's Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt, said: "I'm thrilled for our players in Chippenham today. It's great that neighbours can share the joy of winning together and I hope they enjoy spending their prize."
A minimum of 32 per cent of ticket sales goes directly to charities and players of People's Postcode Lottery have raised £301 million to date for 4,000 good causes across the country and internationally.
One cause close to the winners that players have supported is Chippenham Hospital Radio, which was awarded £1,552 last year to purchase equipment to allow it to continue to broadcast to patients and staff.
