At the end of March 2018 the Belvoir network gathered to congratulate David Devlin of Belvoir Devizes, in recognition of winning Belvoir’s Gold Award in the Best Newcomer (Resale) category.

This year’s prestigious awards were sponsored by Let Alliance. Held at the Manchester Hilton, the awards celebrated the achievements of the company’s highest performing franchisees.

David Devlin owns the Belvoir Devizes office located at 19 High Street, in the very heart of Devizes. His business offers a professional and friendly sales and lettings service, which is based around Belvoir’s core principles of honesty, integrity, trust and transparency.

On presenting the award, Belvoir CEO Dorian Gonsalves said: “I would like to offer my sincere congratulations to David on winning this fantastic national award. David bought Belvoir Devizes, which was a former corporate office, in March 2017. Since then he shown great drive, determination and enthusiasm to build on the legacy of its former owner and he really has taken the business to the next level. David is always very keen to get involved with many types of Central Office projects and initiatives, and we consider him to be a very worthy winner and wish him every success for the future.”

On receiving the award, David said:” I was very surprised, but also delighted that Belvoir Devizes was recognised with this award. Our team is small, but dedicated, and everyone works extremely hard to provide great service to our landlords and tenants, home vendors and buyers.

“We are cognizant of the legacy of the founder of Belvoir Devizes, Tim Hoddinott, who sadly passed away three and a half years ago. Tim’s commitment to providing sincere personal service, complemented by deep local knowledge, lives on in the team that we have in place today. I am proud to be a part of such a committed and professional team and look forward to further expanding the services we offer to the Devizes and wider Wiltshire community. This award serves to reinforce that our hard work is driving us forward in the right direction.”
