DEVIZES School sixth formers looked like they had come into school for a snooze rather than study today but it was all for a good cause as they did their bit for Children In Need.

The teenagers wore their pyjamas and dressing gowns to class and also held a cake sale at break. Bright weather meant they had plenty of takers out in the Quad and head teacher Phil Bevan and head of sixth form Clare Dale joined in the fun.

Miss Dale wore her PJs and also drummed up business by using a megaphone. A school spokesman said: "It obviously worked as there was a large queue for what had been baked."
