POLICE are appealing for information to help identify a man that is wanted for questioning in connection with a theft from charity shop in Chippenham.
The man entered the British Heart Foundation shop in New Road at around 11am on Monday, September 18.
He told staff he was there to do voluntary work. Later that day, staff noticed the till had been broken into using a screwdriver and money had been stolen.
The man, who spoke with a London accent, left the store in the direction of Marshfield Road.
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
