POLICE are appealing for help in locating a "violent" man wanted in connection with a number of domestic violence offences.
William George Thomas Smith, whose last known address was Boscombe Down Road in Amesbury, failed to appear at court on September 15.
The 36-year-old, who is described as white, around 6ft1in tall with dark brown hair and blue eyes, is believed to be in the Amesbury or Devizes area.
Members of the public have been warned not to approach Smith directly but contact police immediately on 999 if they see him, stating where he was and which direction he was travelling in.
