A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with drink driving after he was stopped and arrested by police after staff at McDonald's in Chippenham smelt alcohol on his breath while he was queuing in the drive-thru area over the weekend.
Jacob Bardi of Station Road, Clutton, was charged and released on unconditional bail after police were called to the incident at 5.30am on Sunday (May 21) where staff reported dealing with a man acting suspiciously and who smelt of alcohol.
Bardi will appear before Swindon magistrates on June 7.
