A COFFEE morning in Chippenham has managed to raise more than £700 for the British Lung Foundation.
Chippenham Mayor Terry Gibson and his wife, Sylvia, visited the event which was organised by resident, Janet Denning, at her home on By The Brook.
She has held an annual coffee morning to raise funds for the BLF since her husband died 12 years ago from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
More than 60 people stopped for a coffee and some food, and 87 raffle prizes from places such as Boots, Tesco, Wilko, Superdrug and Morrisons, were handed out.
