A FEMALE pedestrian has been involved in a collision with a car in Baydon.
Several officers and paramedics are on the scene in Barley Fields, near Aldbourne Road, which has been closed.
A spokesman from South West Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 4pm.
"We have a paramedic in a car on the scene, an ambulance and the air ambulance is there."
A Wiltshire Police spokesman confirmed a 74-year-old woman from the local area has been injured.
They do not believe they are life-changing or life-threatening injuries but she has been taken to John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
They received a call from the ambulance service just after 4pm and the road was blocked at 4.20pm.
Marlborough Neighbourhood Policing Team posted on their Facebook: "Several officers and paramedics are dealing with a female pedestrian that has been knocked down in Baydon.
"The road is closed at the junction of Oxford road / Lottage road and also at the junction of Aldbourne Road by Downsmead."
Buses are also being diverted.
