A WOMAN had to be taken to the Royal United Hospital in Bath yesterday following a car crash at the bottom of Old Derry Hill on the edge of Chippenham.
The woman, in her 30s, was conscious and breathing at the scene but was taken to the RUH with a minor cut to her head.
Police were called to the scene, whether the A342 from Derry Hill meets the A4, at 1.30pm yesterday (Nov 1) where a BMW car had collided with a Vauxhall Vectra.
A police spokesman said: "Please can we remind drivers to watch their speed and pay attention to the road at all times giving you more time to react should something unexpected happen."
