ALL in the garden is rosy for Roundway Allotment Group after it received a level five outstanding award from the South West In Bloom judges.
Allotment manager Albert Wooldridge said: "It is another successful year for the Roundway Allotment Group but we will have to wait and see if we go forward for the national awards."
In addition to the recognition from the regional judges there was also success for the allotment holders whose plots are in Green Lane, Devizes, at the Devizes and Roundway In Bloom presentation evening.
Bob Stocker took the local gardening hero award for his work work behind the scenes volunteering to clear overgrown plots and other jobs around the site.
Mark Curtis from Green Lane allotments took third prize for the best use of space on an allotment behind winner Mark Talbot from Quakers Walk and Malcolm Worsdell from Windsor Drive.
Coun Wooldridge from Roundway Parish Council said: "I would like to thank all members of the working parties for their help in making this a very successful year."
