A DEVIZES man who supplied cocaine, ecstasy and cannabis has been jailed for 20 months.

Robert Stubberfield, 19, who lived in Massey Road, Devizes, before moving to Trowbridge, pleaded guilty to supplying the class A and B drugs, as well as possessing amphetamines at Swindon Crown Court earlier this month.

He also admitted to three thefts and a burglary. The drugs offences were committed in August 2014.

Detective Constable Edward Roe, of Wiltshire Police, said: "This is a great result - at last people living in and around Devizes will be rid of this man for a quite some time.

"He has been causing lots of problems and issues for the community over the past few years.

"I would like to thank our teams in Devizes and Trowbridge - the Neighbourhood Policing Teams as well as CID. They have all worked very hard, ensuring this excellent result.

"This is also a good example of how different agencies can pull together, with Devizes CID working with the local housing authority, resulting in him also being evicted from his flat in the town."
