DEVIZES NHS Treatment Centre has come out on top after being awarded full marks by its patients.
The Care UK centre, in Marshall Road, scored 99 per cent in the friends and family test from scores that have been collected over the last year.
During that time the centre’s patients reported they would be extremely likely or likely to recommend the centre to friends and loved ones requiring treatment.
Hospital Director Kevin Walsh said: “I am delighted at the results and I know the team are too, because they strive to offer a first-class service that delivers the best possible medical outcomes.
“Knowing so many visitors have been so impressed at the treatment and care they received that they would recommend us to a loved one is very rewarding.
“Confidence in a service is very important, especially for people undergoing diagnosis or surgery and I think that our team’s professional attitude and our track record of no incidents of MRSA or C.difficile contributes to patients confidence in the service.”
Comments made about the centre included: ‘All staff were first class, from reception, nurses and doctor’; ‘Seamless process from first appointment until operation today, dedicated team. Very well looked after, easy parking and lovely clean facilities’ and ‘I felt involved in my treatment, cared for with respect, sympathy and understanding.’
