FIREFIGHTERS were called to a bungalow in Pewsey yesterday morning when a blaze broke out in a bedroom.
The fire service were called to Swan Meadow at 6.54am and crews from Marlborough and Pewsey attended.
The owner of the bungalow, a 90-year-old man, was outside the property when the crews arrived and was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation.
The cause is believed to be accidental after a hairdryer was left on bedding and caught fire.
