Marlborough has been hit by a series of mini power cuts this morning.
The loss of power lasted only seconds, but it has had an effect on businesses.
Drivers faces delays getting fuel at Budgens because staff had to reconfigure their computer systems.
At 8.30am they told customers they had experienced five mini power cuts that morning.
