Children in Urchfont are getting excited about dressing up as Frozen’s Elsa and Anna for a fundraising sing-along.
A screening of the blockbuster animated film will happen at the Village Hall on Sunday at 2pm.
The afternoon has been organised by Urchfont Pre-school, with the Village Hall, to raise money for equipment and a play house. Committee chairman Sarah Lee said: “One of our committee members got the idea from other similar events and we thought it was a good way to raise some money, as the children are obsessed with Frozen.
“They are all really excited. I expect we won’t need to put the words on screen, as they already know them by heart.”
Under-16s will be able to dress as characters and sing along to their favourite songs.
There will be sweets and popcorn and a bar for adults.
Entry is £3 for a child and £1 an adult. Under-fives must be accompanied by an adult. Tickets are available from the village shop, pre-school or by calling Katharine on 07557 344041.
