Six Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service crews were called to the Bowood Estate at Derry Hill in the early hours of Sunday morning after a fire broke out in an office building.
A salvage operation was launched at 1:18am on Sunday to rescue as much as possible from the blaze, and the roof of the building stripped away to prevent the fire from spreading.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus wearers, four hose reel jets and a main jet to tackle the flames, extracting additional water from a nearby swimming pool.
The single-storey office building was severely damaged.
The fire, which is believed to have been caused by an electrical fault, coincided with two other fires in Ogbourne St George and Codford.
