A judge has issued a warrant for the arrest and detention of a Malmesbury man who is accused of being involved in the trade in hard drugs.
Kyle Brace, 20, was due to appear at Swindon Crown Court on Friday to enter pleas on charges of possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply.
But when Brace, of Athelstan Road, failed to turn up for the hearing Judge Tim Mousley QC issued a warrant without bail to get him to court.
Brace is charged alongside 22-year-old Mark Eastwood of having the drugs for supply in Chippenham on Tuesday, January 14.
Eastwood, who has been remanded in custody, pleaded not guilty to the charges and will face trial on Tuesday, December 2.
