A Devizes teenager has admitted taking part in a house burglary and stealing from two cars in a night of crime.
Robert Stubberfield, 18, pleaded guilty to burglary of a house and two counts of theft from cars when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
But he pleaded not guilty to a third count of theft in Calne on Monday, June 9, into the following morning.
He appeared alongside 19-year-old Jennifer Stickley and Peter Alcock, 25.
Alcock pleaded not guilty to two charges while Stickley admitted the three thefts but denied the burglary.
Stubberfield, of Massey Road, Devizes, admitted burglary of a house in Wessington Park, where a laptop computer and TV were taken, but insists he did not go into the property.
He also accepted he took garden equipment from one car and a sat-nav from another during the same night, but denied the theft of a floodlight.
Stickley, of Westview Crescent, Devizes, admitted the three thefts but denied the burglary and Alcock, of Bratton Avenue, Devizes, denied both charges.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to Friday, October 3, for a trial date to be fixed and released the three on bail until then.
