Local and national businesses were represented at a careers fair hosted by the Corsham School.
Year 10, 11 and sixth form students at the academy school, in the Tynings, were visited by a range of employers last Thursday.
The employers were there to impart information about careers including nursing, engineering and hospitality.
Community officer Lyn Wheeler said: “The students had a fantastic opportunity to speak to the companies, which enabled them to get an in-depth knowledge about the workplace and will have inspired them about future employment.
“We are very proud of the way our students responded to this event, with many of the visitors commenting on excellent engagement and behaviour.
“The school would like to thank the many businesses and representatives that attended.
“It was a huge success and the information gained by our students from the careers fair is invaluable.”
