Sniffer dog Patch was out in Marlborough on Friday night carrying out checks in the town centre pubs.
Four people were found in possession of drugs and are currently being investigated by the police.
Five grams of cocaine, three grams of ketamine and five grams of cannabis were seized during the operation, which ran from 9.30-11.30pm.
Sergeant Barry Reed said: “Thanks to community intelligence we have gathered quite a lot of evidence and we will continue working with licensees to make sure that their premises are safe.”
