Police in Calne are appealing for information after jewellery was taken during a daytime burglary in Calne.

Access was gained to a home in Wessington Park during the late afternoon of Tuesday, February 18, and a number of items were taken.

A small dirty black Renault Clio, thought to be about ten years old, was seen being driven around the estate on two consecutive days before the burglary.

Three white men were seen in the vehicle and one of these, described as being of heavy build, aged 20-22 and around 6ft tall was also seen walking around.

Anyone with any information in relation to either the burglary or the Clio is asked to contact PC Stephen Carroll at Monkton Park on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
