A developer plans to build two semi-detached houses at The Pippin in Calne, each with three bedrooms and car parking.
David Whalley, of Whalton Developments, Broughton Gifford, plans to build on land to the east of number 19, which is part of a garden.
A derelict garage will be demolished on the site, which has access on to Broken Cross, a car park and private housing.
The houses will have a floor area of 117 square metres and will have rendered walls and traditional timber windows and doors.
The plans state: “Whalton Developments are a local developer with a history of quality developments.”
The application number is 13/07081/LBC and comments must be in by March 13.
