A man from Calne stole items from a shed and a garage overnight on January 11.
Nicky Daniels, 21, of The Knapp, pleaded guilty to four charges, two non-dwelling burglaries and two attempted non-dwelling burglaries, at North West Wiltshire Magistrates’ Court last Thursday.
He was arrested after stealing alcohol and garden machinery, including two hedge cutters and a leaf blower in a locked steel cage, from a garden shed in Anchor Road.
He stole washing powder, a bike, Nintendo Wii games and a radio from a garage in The Green after climbing over wall and forcing a window.
Daniels also tried to raid a shed in Back Road and cabins in Wessington Avenue.
He was bailed until sentencing, but must stay at home from 7pm to 7am.
