A man accused of having a firearm without permission has been released on bail by a judge.
Nathan Law, 31, of Braemor Road, Calne, is alleged to have had the air weapon on Thursday, July 25, last year.
Law is accused of having a prohibited firearm, not having a certificate for it, and possessing the firearm when banned.
No charges were formally put to him during the brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court and he did not enter any pleas.
Judge Tim Mousley QC adjourned the case to Thursday, March 27, and released him on unconditional bail until then.
