Scores of dancers will take to the stage of the Neeld Hall, Chippenham, this weekend to showcase an array of skills from modern ballet to cheerleading.

Sixty performers ranging in age from three to 60 will take part in the Emily Alner Academy of Dance and Chippenham Vibes cheer squad show from 7pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The show will include exerpts from Les Miserables and Hairspray.

Ms Alner said: “Some of the children have never sung before but we also have experienced lead parts taken on by seasoned musical theatre singers.”

Tickets cost £10 for adults or £8 concessions. They are available by ringing 07887 845151 or on the door. Donations will be made to Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation.
