E-petition opposes plan to build Marlborough homes

RESIDENTS angered by a plan to build 50 houses on open space north of Rabley Wood View in Marlborough have launched an e-petition against it.

The sons of late multi-millionaire Robert Sangster plan to develop homes on 1.7 hectares of Wiltshire Council-owned land in place of 14 hectares nearby owned by the Manton Estate.

Some residents say it would disastrously impact on the local community, infrastructure and environment.

If the proposed new builds are affordable for the working class (not over the top prices) and single storey then IM IN!!!

I don't care because you have to understand the demand of housing will only increase over time.

How about a petition to get rid of the mop? Have a carnival instead?
