4:54pm Friday 11th October 2013 in News
One of the three men accused of robbing Deacon and Son Jewellers, in Marlborough, pleaded guilty at Swindon Crown Court today.
Linton Summerfield, 20, of Bushberry Avenue, Coventry, admitted he was involved in the robbery of the jewellers on September 17.
Summerfield’s co-defendants, Marcus Cohen, 33, of no fixed address, and Paul Gallimore, 33, of Rugby Road, Coventry, neither had their charges read nor indicated a plea at today’s hearing.
Summerfield will receive maximum credit when he is sentenced at a later date. The case was adjourned until December 20, when a plea and case management hearing will be held in the same court.
