Task group to look into Wiltshire's 111 calls

Wiltshire Council’s health select committee is recommending that a task group be set up to scrutinise the work of Harmoni, which is operating the new 111 non-emergency helpline.
The move follows blunders the firm is said to have made in sending ambulances to patients with minor ailments, such as hiccups and sore throats.
