Chippenham’s Abbeyfield School had an Africa slant last week as pupils drummed on instruments such as the djembe, as part of music and dance workshops.
They were led by Ghana’s Kwame Bakoji-Hume, of artists’ group African Activities. Advanced skills teacher David Drake said: “It was great to see students embracing the day.”
