The popular film nights at Marlborough town hall have the opportunity to expand thanks to new sponsorship.
Marlborough-based waste company Hills has endorsed the Thursday night films which will enable the organisers, Kennet Valley Arts Trust (KVAT), to put on more films and possibly broadcast live productions from theatres around the world.
Mike Hill, chief executive of the Hills Group, said: “Hills has supported KVAT ever since the charity started.
“KVAT has some exciting plans for the future and we are pleased to be able to offer our support.”
Marlborough Town Coun-cil and KVAT have invested in state-of-the-art film projection equipment.
The next film, Brave (PG), will be shown on Friday at 6.30pm. Tickets from Sound Knowledge, White Horse Bookshop or on the door.
