Chippenham-based Hanover Housing Association has won an award for staff training.
The retirement housing provider was awarded gold in the operational programme category in the Training Journal National Training Awards.
The award recognised its initiative to develop in-house trainers who have never trained before to support the launch of a new £700,000 integrated housing system.
The novice trainers received outstanding feedback for delivering 1,800 training day places over a 10-week period.
A Hanover spokesman said: “Such a programme would have been challenging even for experienced trainers.”
