They've watched Alan Sugar destroy budding entrepreneurs on TV and were determined to do better themselves.

Pupils at Pewsey Primary spent a week focusing on money and how to make it.

Each class was given £50 to develop a product while creating marketing and promotion plans and managing a budget.

They came up with ceramics, money boxes, decorated Christmas sleighs and other items and are now hoping to turn-in healthy profits by selling them at a Christmas fair this month.

Young apprentices also learnt the significance of net and gross pay on a pay-slip and the history of bartering.
