A man who is accused of stealing thousands from the service station where he worked is to face trial.
Hassan Ibrahim is accused of taking money from Bridge Garage filling station in Marlborough.
The 40-year-old is said to have taken the cash between the start of November last year and Wednesday April 11 this year.
Ibrahim, of Drayton Walk, Walcot, Swindon, pleaded not guilt to a single count of theft when he appeared at the town's crown court.
Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case to Tuesday February 5 and released the defendant on unconditional bail until then.
