A local charity hopes to encourage regular donations to support its work through charity website localgiving.com.
The Friends of Abberd Brook, a voluntary residents group, is dedicated to improving Abberd Brook, in Calne, with regular litter picking patrols and maintainance work.
In the past it has also helped to decorate the underpass, and to install a new boardwalk and steps for the Abberd Pond.
The website will match individual donations up to £10, as well as the first three months of regular donations, which would allow the group to ensure its long term future.
