  Delightfully crisp and refreshing style, with delicate floral hints and touches of limes and freshly cut grass. Brilliant on its own or with fish.

• L'Orangerie Unoaked Chardonnay 2006
  
  Very crisp, clean and full of aromatic citrus fruit - this excellent wine is a million miles away from any kind of dull, oaked chardonnay. Delicious.

• Minervois Sainte-Marie 2005
  
  A blend of classic southern French red grape varieties, this has good fresh fruit with a gentle touch of spice. Ideal with charcuterie and pasta dishes.

• Wild Pig Merlot 2006
  
  Top-class merlot with superb flavours of smooth plum and blackberry fruit - a lovely rounded wine which is a perfect match with pork (of course!) as well as grilled meats and cheese.
