  Made by renowned winemaker Sid Siddons at the ultra modern Palandri Estate, this is stunning quality Aussie Riesling at its best.Fresh with aromatic limes and the merest hint of citrus, this is dry and a great compliment to white meats and fish.Really great winemaking.

• Dr L Riesling 2005, Mosel, Germany
  
  Ernie Loosen is one of the world's very top producers of Riesling, capable of producing sublime wines with great racy acidity and minerality plus wonderfully delicate fruit.This is no exception - off dry but with superb mouth watering acidity and the purest of fruit. A perfect aperitif wine for Spring.

• Trimbach Riesling 2004
  
  One of the very best producers in Alsace, Trimbach have a wine-making history stretching back almost 400 years.Based in Ribeauville the Trimbach brothers make superb quality Rieslings and this one is no exception.Crisp dry fruit flavours of lime and minerals are delightfully offset by a delicate floral character that adds to the wonderful complexity of this wine - delicious.
