Soul Sunday at Bowood House promises to be a non-top picnic party of popular hits from the last four decades recreating the magic of the Motown era in a slick high energy show.
As she begins her third season of summer Proms picnic concerts, stunning mezzo soprano Juliette Pochin said she enjoys these concerts so much because "The atmosphere is simply amazing. I love the fact that it's full of families too. You see tiny tots and grandparents all enjoying themselves and singing along, it's infectious."
ORGANISERS of next month's Bowood Dog Show and Country Fair are aiming to raise more than £20,000 for charities including the Springboard Opportunity Playgroup.
SUPERSTAR DJ and producer Mark Ronson will be treading the boards at Bowood this summer thanks to his friendship with local event manager James Walden.
