    What the Kennet District Council's spokesman in last week's Gazette (May 24) failed to make clear was that after the Corn Exchange Flea Market, the stallholders take only six to ten minutes to load their cars, which represents just one per cent or 11.5 per cent of the day-long parking ban in Station Road and at no time causes a hazard to other traffic using the road. read more
