I'm writing in response to your Letter of the Week last week. As a musician who has visited many arts centres around the country, I've always lamented the fact that Devizes has nothing to offer in the way of a multi-purpose arts facility, and to adapt the Wharf Theatre strikes me as a fantastic idea. read more
I consider the Letter of the Week, March 22, about the Wharf Theatre quite appalling. When we came to Devizes 14 years ago, I was delighted to find such a vigorous group of people running this delightful venue. read more

I refer to the ITV local news bulletin of March 19 in which it was indicated that Devizes Hospital required an enclosure fence to protect its staff at an estimated cost of £30,000 to £40,000. read more
