But what about..

REFERENCE the proposed replacement building for the multi-storey car park in Trowbridge, the "tacked on" boarding apparently was at the behest of the planners. It is supposed to break up the starkness of the building.

This is ridiculous in my opinion as it just draws attention to itself and ruins the original architecture. Furthermore, wooden structures require regular maintenance when exposed to the weather: who is going to do this when the developer has long gone?
