Singing the blues

DELTA Moon, an award-winning blues band from the States, will take to the stage at the Arts Centre in Devizes Road on Saturday as part of their UK tour.

The band, which has been awarded the top prize at the Blues Foundations' International Blues Challenge, uses two slide guitars combined with lyrics and vocals from song-writer Tom Gray.

It produces an explosive mix of music styles ranging from delta blues to R&B and gospel.

Tickets for this concert cost £12 and are available from the box office on 01793 614837.
