Special guest to speak at meeting

A SWINDON society will welcome a special guest for their annual meeting.

Swindon Black History Group will be holding their annual meeting at the Broad Green Centre in Swindon on October 26.

The meeting will run from 7 pm until 9pm, and will feature a visit from Steve Stephenson MBE, who is a lecturer and tutor in black history.

Mr Stephenson will be the main speaker at the AGM, and will be presenting later in the autumn as part of the society's black history course which seeks to inform people of the history of black culture.
