Dr Owen ListerEXCLUSIVE: Councillor accused of 'guillotine children' outrage says fellow Tories have stitched him up.

THE councillor at the centre of the row over disabled children today claimed he had been stitched up by his own party.

While Dr Owen Lister still maintains his alleged "guillotine disabled children'' remarks were taken out of context, he said he had been forced to resign as deputy mayor after Tory chiefs left him high and dry.
